 A successful small business owner and 10 years of public service as a Republican state representative, Phillip uses his experience and knowledge of the private sector and state government to assist businesses and organizations dealing with regulations and legislative issues. 

The former TN State Legislator gained experience in all facets of the legislative process during his years in the legislature serving on committees for Calendar and Rules, Commerce, Education and Environment. ​​​Presently as a lobbyist in the areas of healthcare, construction/contract law, public safety, law enforcement, education, entertainment, votings rights and procedures and transportation. 

His work ethic and straightforward approach to the political process and government services enabled him to gain bipartisan support on numerous issues.
